To qualify for this program, all applicants need to meet the standard qualifications and not exceed the Workforce Housing Income Limits of 80% AMI (Area Median Income) per the respective number of persons living in the home, as outlined below.

What Do I Need to Pre-Qualify?
To begin the application for Live 8 West, we ask that you present the following documents:
-Completed application for every household member 18 years of age and older
-6 months of checking account statements, 1 month of savings account, 4 most recent consecutive pay statements
-Additional documents may be required depending on each person's individual income and assets
